Are you looking for a new green smoothie to add to your smoothie challenge or to your healthy diet? This one is one of my favorite green smoothies. I remember the first time I had a green smoothie it just didn’t look appetizing to me. They have grown on me and I really love them now. I love to have them in the morning for breakfast or have them with a salad for dinner. To be completely honest I can’t even I can’t even taste the spinach in them. I know this turns some people away from green smoothies, but they are great!
1 frozen banana
1 lemon peeled & seeded
1 small handful of mint, chopped
1/2 c of water
1/3 c of plain light yogurt
handful of spinach
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend well for a couple of minutes. Serve chilled.
