St. Patrick’s day is approaching, so I wanted to share this yummy Irish soda bread recipe with you. I am not Irish myself, but my cousins are. Growing up they would get a huge package from their Grandma with loads for treats. They would have the leprechauns come to their house as well. They would leave treats or a new outfit for them. I don’t know if will have the leprechauns come to visit my kids at all. I thought it would be fun to try some Irish food though. Hope you enjoy this recipe.
