We love to have tacos a lot. They are a quick and easy meal to whip together in no time. Tacos was actually my husband and I’s first homemade meal in our first apartment together. One favorite thing we like to put on our tacos is guacamole among other favorite toppings. One little tip I want to share when making guacamole is keep the pit. The pit will help your guacamole from turning brown quickly. Put the pit right into the bowl with your guacamole.
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 whole Roma Tomato, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
- ½ Onion, Diced
- Salt And Pepper
Cut avocados in half and remove the pit. With a spoon, remove the avocado from the skin. If your avocado is ripe enough, it will remove from the skin easily. Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork. Smash it to the consistency that you like your guacamole.
Add the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, tomato, jalapeno, onion, salt and pepper. Mix it all together and serve.
