I love pasta! I seriously could eat it every day. One of my favorite noodles to cook with are elbow noodles. My favorite thing is that I know that if I make a pasta dish I know my kids will eat it. They love pasta just like their momma. This is such a easy dish that you will love it even more. If you are not a past lover, trust me you will be after this dish. This was the first time I made this and it was a hit with my family. I love that all you have to have is a pasta dish on the table for dinner, and it fill everyone up. Favorite Pasta Dish
half of a beef sausage, sliced
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
2 small onions, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 T of olive oil
2 cups of elbow macaroni noodles
2- 14.5 oz can of chicken broth
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Toss the sausage onions and pepper into a hot pan with olive oil. Saute them together until the sausage is browned a little. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper to taste. Put noddles and chicken broth and mix together with the sausage mix. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat until noodles are cooked. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before serving.
