Detoxing with beverages is a great way to give your body the nutrients it needs, while also giving your digestive system a break. The liver is the most important detoxifying organ in the body, so it only makes sense to drink fruits and vegetables to help it function at its best. 

Here is a great detox smoothie to give your dieting a boost. It is super yummy and you will love adding it to your dieting routine. 

You will need:

1/2 c of frozen cranberries

1 apple peeled and diced

1/2 frozen banana

1 T of ground ginger

1 orange, juiced

1/2 c of water

1/3 c of plain low fat yogurt

Throw all your ingredients into the blender and blend well until everything is smoothie like. Enjoy with a great salad for lunch or a breakfast on the go.
