If you love green beans this dish is a great way to get your greens in for the day. This salad is full of vibrant colors. I love the great flavor combination of this as well. The sweet, tangy taste of the balsamic vinegar combined with the crunchy green bean is amazing. I can’t wait until this summer when I can go out and pick all of these vegetables to make this salad. The warm weather is getting me excited. I sure hope it stays this way. Don’t disappoint me mother nature.
