Pork can be used in so many ways. I like to purchase pork roast at Costco. You can get 4 roast for about $15 dollars. What a steal right? We can take one roast and make it into two different meals. Which means I can stretch my great steal even farther. I love it! These pork tacos are seriously so good you will writing this recipe down to add to your recipe box. My kids even love it. I don’t usually give them salsa because its a little spicy. I leave out some of the pineapple for them though. I also love meals that include fruit and veggies together. Who would of thought putting pineapple in a spicy salsa. It creates a sweet and spicy mouth watering meal.
