We just discovered steel cut oats for breakfast. I have never been a huge oatmeal lover, but I love steel cut oats. I think that the steel cut oats have an overall better taste then your normal rolled oats. The easy thing about them is they can be prepared the night before. I love this because my husband still gets breakfast, and I don’t always have to get up at the crack of dawn with him. I treasure my sleep. If my kids are still sleeping I must sleep also. My kids are not a huge fan of the oatmeal quite yet, but I know my friends kids love oatmeal.
