The holidays are here and Betty Crocker is also there to make the baking time easier. Also Betty makes baking cookies with kids so fun. You can make wonderful memories with your kids baking together in the kitchen for the holidays.
I used Betty Crocker’s great Chocolate Chip for this sponsored post. I was able to find this awesome cookie mix at my local Wal-mart. You can download a Betty Crocker coupon for your own mix right here.
My kids and I added white chocolate chips and crasins to the Chocolate Chip mix making it a festive cookie for the Christmas!
Recipe:
1 Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip mix
1 egg
1 stick, 1/2 cup of softened butter
1/2 cup of crasins
1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
Mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes per batch. Let cool before eating or delivering them to your friends and family!
My Chloe loves baking in the kitchen with me. My Ian boy is super busy and sat long enough to enjoy eating the cookies 🙂 I still try to involve them both in a part of cooking making, even if its eating them.
If you have children who like to design your cookies rather then help bake them involve them in the memory making with this great coloring page.
