Guest Post From James Paul
In general, teenagers who take daily breakfast have extra strength. They do better in the school and are supposed to eat healthier all through the day. On the other side, kids who do not eat breakfast tend to be restless and feel tired.
You might have several meal ideas in mind, but for your kids, the first meal of their day has to be the most enjoyed meal.
A few of those tempting meals, the steps to making them and their recipes listed are below.
English-Muffin Egg Pizzas:
A simple yet appetizing meal! The English-muffin is rich in protein. It is a real-quick meal option if you get less time in the morning. It gets ready in just 10-minutes.
- Four English muffins
- Two hard-cooked, sliced eggs
- Sliced tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Grated mozzarella
Step 1: Make Hard-Cooked Eggs and slice them. Toast eight English-muffin halves
Step 2: Take a cookie sheet and place English-muffins on it. Drizzle each piece with olive oil.
Step 3: Now, it’s time to layer it with egg slices, a little-grated mozzarella, and tomato slices. Sprinkle some kosher salt and a little bit oregano.
Step 4: Broil until the cheese starts melting (up to 5-minutes.)
Prosciutto and Egg Panini:
This meal works perfectly during the busy mornings. The cooking process is straightforward and quick. The dish gets ready in less than 15 minutes.

- Black pepper
- Two tablespoons of unsalted butter
- Four soft rolls (must be halved lengthwise)
- Eight ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto
- Eight ounces of Swiss cheese
Step 1: Take a small bowl, and then whisk together the eggs, salt (half teaspoon) and a little bit black pepper.
Step 2: In a large nonstick skillet, melt around one tablespoon of the butter over medium heat.
Step 3: Put the eggs in and mix until it cooks thoroughly.
Step 4: Distribute the eggs between the bottom halves of the soft rolls. You can top it with the cheese and prosciutto and then sandwich with the roll tops.
Step 5: Take the extra butter and melt it in a large nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Now, put two sandwiches in it and start cooking.
Step 6: During the cooking process, frequently press with a spatula, until the cheese melts entirely and the bread turns golden. It might take 4 to 6 minutes.
Step 7: Repeat the same process on the remaining sandwiches.
