It getting so close to the first day of spring. It has been warm outside here. My kids have been loving being outside after being trapped inside all winter long. It was a long, cold winter, and we are loving the sunshine. Sunshine reminds me of summer grilling and BBQ’s. We actually had some friends over today and grilled some brats. I made this potato salad as one of the sides. I love potato salad. It is actually one of my favorite salads at BBQ’s. I wanted to share my recipe and of course reveal my secret ingredient. This is a must ingredient for the best homemade salad in my opinion.  Hope you all get out there this weekend and enjoy the sunshine, and eat some delicious potato salad.
