I have made several recipes in my Instant Pot since being gifted it for Christmas. I am going to be sharing lots more of these great recipes I have tried. I am excited to share this simple Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup with you. It’s perfect for the cold winter nights. My kids even loved it!
Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup1 pound of ground beef1 small onion, diced1 tsp of garlic powder1 can of stewed tomatoes, with the liquid1 1/2 cups of water2 carrots, diced1 stalk of celery, diced2 medium potatoes, skins left on, diced1 1/2 Tablespoons of tomato past1/4 tsp of salt1/4 tsp of pepper1 tsp of parsley flakes1/4 tsp of dried oregano1: Turn your Instant Pot to SAUTE; add garlic powder, onion and beef. Saute until beef is cooked through.
2: Add can of stewed tomatoes with liquid. Stir in water, diced vegetables and seasonings. 3: Place lid on the Instant Pot and close the vent to seal. Press the manual button and set the time for 4 minutes. Once the timer beeps, press cancel and turn the valve form seal to vent to release the pressure. Once all the pressure has released you can remove the lid. Dinner is served! It’s as simple as that! Enjoy!
