Peppermint Brownies1 Immaculate Organic Fudge Brownie Scratch Box Mix2/3 cup of apple sauce1/3 cup of vegetable oilFrosting4 oz of softened cream cheese4 Tablespoons of butter2 cups of powdered sugar1 tsp of vanilla extract

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees before you start mixing your brownies together. Mix all the ingredients for your brownies and put in a 8 x 8 sized pan. Be sure to spray your pan with non-stick spray before hand. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before you frost them. For the frosting you need to whip together in a your hand mixer or kitchen aid the cream cheese, butter , p. sugar and vanilla. Whip until you have a fluffy frosting. Put 2 peppermint candy canes in a zip lock back or a food processor and crumble them for the topping of your brownies. Once your brownies are cooled completely you can frost and sprinkle them with the candy cane. Serve and store in the refrigerator afterwards.
