Today for lunch the kids and I bet my husband in little Powell, WY were he works for lunch. We headed right over to this amazing Taco bus they have on the side of the main street there. We have eaten there before and it has been amazing every time I have eaten there. Today I got this super mouth watering steak burrito, and my husband got a pork burrito. They were both to die for. They also have these pickled carrots that you have to eat. They are kind of spicy, but amazing. Every experience I have had with Taco Buses has been just great. I love everything about them. The food you get is seriously authentic Mexican food. Some of the best! Anyone have a great Taco Bus in their town, or tried one before? Did you love it? 1: Chicken Tacos
I love these tacos because they are super easy. It consist of cutting up some veggies you want for toppings, warming up meat and tortillas and bammm you got yourself tacos for dinner.
2: Sweet & Spicy Pork Tacos
Pork can be used in so many ways. I love using it in tacos, burritos you name it for Mexican dishes.
3: Sweet-Chili Pulled Pork Tacos
This recipe is one of my all time favorites. Your crock pot can do all the work. It’s amazing!
4: Pork Carnitas
These go under my category of tacos. They are another favorite recipe of my husband and I’s to make. It is seriously so yummy with the sweet pork and crunchy cabbage slaw. You gotta try this one.
