Game Day Baked Chicken Tacos

Baked Chicken Tacos

When it comes to the weekend I look forward spending time with family, friends and cooking up great food in the kitchen. This often means we are settled down and watching the game. I am super excited that Old El Paso and Wal-mart wanted me to come up with a yummy new recipe for game days to share. I have a great new way to eat Old El Paso Taco Shells, and you are not going to miss out. Why go out to your favorite place to watch the game when you can enjoy it on your own comfy couch. This recipe will be a great way to have a great Game Day and be the hostess with the mostess!
Tacos are one of our favorite meals at our house. They are easy and simple to whip together. Old El Paso products make cooking up tacos even easier. Head to your local Wal-mart to save some cash while cooking up great tacos.

Now to get home and make these lovely tacos! First you will need to take out 8-9 chicken tenders. Defrost them. Place them on a lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and garlic salt. Broil them until chicken is cooked. Remove from the oven and toss in your kitchen aid or mixer to shred.
steps 1

Cook about 1 cup of white rice with 1/2 cup of your favorite Green Salsa Verde. Then open up a can of the best Old El Paso Refried Beans, put in a small bowl and mix with a little garlic salt.

Line a 9 x 13 pan with the Old El Paso Taco Shells. Fill your shells with beans, rice, chicken and top with lots of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with all your favorite taco toppings!

Now that you haven’t spent all day in the kitchen you can enjoy the game with family and friends with great Baked Chicken Tacos!
