I bought a big bag of broccoli from Costco a few days ago, because I was craving cheesy broccoli soup. I made this recipe and it is amazing. It really hit the spot and helped me with my craving. My kids even enjoyed it because it was so thick and cheesy. My kids are all about anything that is cheesy. I love this recipe because there is not too labor intensive. I love a soup that can be cooked and ready to serve in not too long. I hope you enjoy this soup as much as my family did. It’s a cold one out their and soup is always a great way to warm your loved ones up this time of year.

Add chicken broth, milk and potatoes and set heat to high until it comes to a boil, then cover and cook on low until potatoes are soft, about 10-15 minutes.
