Beef Stroganoff

This is a good hearty homemade dish that my family loves. It’s another one of my mother in-laws recipes. It also is a 30 minute meal. It won’t long to whip up this dish. Your family will be asking for you to make it over and over again though. It can be served on rice or your choice of noodles. I like to use egg noodles when I serve it over noodles. Hope you enjoy this yummy hamburger dish.

 

  • 1 pound Ground Hamburger
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • Sliced Mushroom (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Rice Or Noodles

First, in a large skillet or pot over medium heat, brown the hamburger with your chopped onion. Once browned remove from heat and drain grease. Put your rice or noodles on to boil.

Add your cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup into the pot with the meat and onion. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add your mushrooms if you desire to have them in this dish.

Add the sour cream right at the end before serving it. Serve over rice or noodles.
