We have been eating balsamic vinaigrette like crazy on all our green salads around here. My husband came up with this great salad idea for me the other night. When you make this salad though you need to use the Good Seasons Italian dressing pack. I have tried to use the off brands and it just doesn’t taste right. With the sun shinning more it is wanting me to at better. Possibly because I have been coupe up in the house way too long. When I am in the house to long I pretty much eat anything in sight. Please tell me I am not the only one that is this way??? It’s getting close to shorts and swim suits season, so it is giving me that extra motivation to start eating better. I also have started counting my calories that I intake just today. I used My Fitness Pal which is a great app you can get for free just after I had my almost 2 year old baby. It worked great to drop a lot of the baby weight. I trust it will work again for me. Anyways I hope you enjoy this great salad.
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped carrot
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1 cup of chopped cauliflower
1 Good season’s Italian dressing mixed with box directions but with balsamic vinegar instead of plain
Mix all ingredients about into a large bowl and serve right away or chill for later.
