I am always looking for recipes for healthy, quick and easy dinners for my family. As a mom of an almost 3 year old and a 1 year old life is crazy. I am sure a lot of you can relate no matter if you are a working mom, single mom, not a mom and working, going to school or whatever it is you do. Life gets busy. Sometimes when life is busy the easiest way to get dinner is eat out or order something. That is not the healthiest though. This recipe is so quick you can prepare and cook it in 30 minutes or less. This is my go to meal for those super busy and hectic days. Hope you find it helps lessen the eating out on those hectic days.
